Zurich/Zug (ptp016/14.08.2023/11:00) - Artist Anne-Marie Mosse will present a selection of her expressive oil paintings as an exhibitor at the SWISSARTEXPO 2023 in Zurich's Main Station.
Born in France and living in Switzerland for many years, Anne-Marie Mosse finds in art a soothing balance to her professional career in finance. In her free time she is a frequent and passionate visitor of museums of New York, London and Paris to name a few. Already at a young age, she was enthusiastic about drawing and painting. She was especially passionate about drawing models from fashion magazines and was particularly fascinated by photographs of women who conveyed an extraordinarily strong presence. Since then, she has made it her mission to constantly expand her artistic skills through practice. She took lessons from successful artists in various studios in Switzerland and learned classical oil painting in Florence, Italy. Visits to art museums and countless hours of self-study helped Anne-Marie Mosse develop her own style of painting, characterized by its powerful colors and clear features.
Subjects of her work are mostly women depicted in a confident and proud manner. Whether with oil or acrylic paints, on paper or canvas, Anne-Marie Mosse succeeds every time in capturing the spirit of these impressive personalities. Strong, beautiful, powerful and sexy - that's how her works should be, says the artist. With dynamic poses and a skillful play with perspective, she elevates her art and makes it something extraordinary. Her wish as an artist is that her paintings may become an inspiration for others to lead their lives as gracefully and independently as the depicted women in her artworks.
A wonderful selection of Anne-Marie Mosse's work will be on display in Zurich from September 6th to 10th, 2023 as part of the SWISSARTEXPO which will be held for the fifth consecutive year. Her works, together with the art of numerous other artists, will immerse the hall of Zurich's main station in color and impress art lovers and connoisseurs from all over the world.
