Zurich (ptp022/07.08.2020/11:00) - The Spanish artist Susana F. Lopez announces today that her original artworks will be represented at the SWISSARTEXPO from 20 - 24 August 2020 in Zurich Main Station. The SWISSARTEXPO is an art festival that brings together artists of all styles to create a diverse and colourful exhibition in one of the most visited halls in Europe in the heart of Zurich.
The Spanish-born artist had an impressive career as a doctor of fine arts. As Master "Design and layout of public spaces" and Bachelor in Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona and University of La Laguna, Sta. Cruz de Tenerife, she had several exhibitions throughout Europe and later worldwide. Several further education and training courses in photography completed the skills of the gifted artist.
In her works, the boundaries between painting and photography disappear. Her aim is to create an exclusive digital photography that can be classified somewhere between darkroom copies and paintings. In this way, she captures the various influences and views of life as a wonderful memory that even survives chaos.
The artist's repertoire of motifs is almost inexhaustible. On her many journeys through the world Susana has acquired an enormous horizon, which is visually documented in each of her works. She conjures up dreamlike illustrations and profound messages both from the impressions of hectic everyday life in various cities around the world and from photographs of natural spectacles. The simple beauty of the animal and human world also serves her as a valuable template for the creation of unique and harmonious images. Her reverence for the beings of the planet and the forces of nature are reflected in numerous photo collages. Susana lives intensively and draws her inspiration from what our world offers us.
The SWISSARTEXPO 2020 cordially invites its guests to visit the creations of this admirable artist in person in the SBB Event Hall at Zurich Main Station. Susana F. Lopez is exhibiting four of her works, "Metro Bombay" (2018), "Paris Les Halles" (2017), "Bombay Fort" (2018) and "Canary Wharf" (2015), exclusively in their original form. Her recently published art catalogue will also be available on site to give interested visitors an even deeper insight into her creative work.
