red-stars.com data AG supervised by Mag. Thomas Streimelweger, has obtained a significant minority share of 28%. Considering initial investors from Austria and Switzerland, the founders will still remain in control of a majority of 52% of KiwiSecurity Software GmbH.
Based on the impending change with its rising demand from within different security-critical industries such as traffic, public administration, homeland-security, builders, retail, utilities and manufacturing, the three company founders Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Florian Matusek, Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Stephan Sutor and Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Klemens Kraus decided to seek an investor, who is also prepared to share his specific experience and expertise for the further development of the company and Mag. Thomas Streimelweger has personally accepted to take measures necessary for further expansion.
The general assembly elected Dipl.-Ing. Dr. Stephan Sutor and Mag. Thomas Streimelweger as Chief Operations and Chief Executive Officers and approved the proposals and preparations for the business expansion in Eastern Europe, Asia and the Americas as well as the further development of intelligent solutions for security-critical infrastructure, for intelligent buildings and for intelligent cities
