Los Angeles (pte038/24.06.2005/16:30) - Since his acquittal on 13th June of child molestation charges, the 'King Of Pop', Michael Jackson, is being hounded yet again by the press.
This time it involves a lawsuit filed by Donna Kyman, 66, who sued the Neverland inhabitant on 7th June for being attacked by a husky called Flash that lived at Jackson's family Los Angeles home.
Kyman is claiming damages for "great mental, emotional and physical pain and suffering", as the suit reads on the http://www.thesmokinggun.com website.
Allegedly the grey and white dog "viciously and without provocation attacked" Kyman on 14th April 2005 in her garage. She lives not far from the Jackson family compound in the leafy Los Angeles district of Encino.
The suit continues by saying that Michael Jackson and Alejandra, the singer's brother's wife, "negligently, carelessly and wrongfully" allowed the dog to roam the streets without a leash.
With Jackson's name on the deed of the house, Kyman is holding him responsible for the attack. She is claiming damages for a yet undetermined amount as well as reimbursement of her medical and hospital fees incurred during the dog bite treatment.
Jackson has not been spotted since his acquittal. Media sources say he is recovering from the ordeal in Neverland.
